Leoni Is A Master Coach Who Has Worked In People Development For 30 Years Across A Wide Variety Of Sectors And Industries.

She holds a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring for research into Executive Coaches’ perceptions of the boundary and overlap between coaching and therapy.

She is an accredited PRINT® coach and has an MSc in Personal, Executive and Corporate Coaching. She also has an MBA from the University of Bath, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is qualified by the BPS in psychometric testing.

She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a Professional Member of the ANLP as well as a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Mental Health First Aider. 

She believes in enabling people to be the best that they can be and uses the power of an intentional and transformational conversation working with individuals, groups and teams.
